Join us at Industria Argentina on a journey through the country's geographically diverse regions and its cuisines paired with wines from Argentinean Malbec leader, Trapiche.
Chef Natalia Machado is creating a five course prix fixe menu exploring "The Andes North to South", a fusion of regional cuisines. Using the Andes Mountains as a common link, guests are going to taste diverse and rich flavors, from pre-Columbian ingredients like potatoes and quinoa from the North, to Patagonic lamb, with the Spanish and Italian influences from cosmopolitan Buenos Aires in between. Bodega Trapiche located in Coquimbito, Maipu, region of Mendoza will showcase its different varietals to present this purely Argentinean dining experience.
