Karaoke-athon
Karaoke-athon- A fundraiser involving the act of zealous singing to original music videos amongst a crowd of overly happy and enthusiastic patrons who demonstrate their fervor by emptying their pockets and bank accounts in the name of Mama Calizo's Voice Factory's Residency Program.
Featuring original music videos courtesy of New Sound Karaoke in NYC, including "Part Time Lovers" starring Bay area's own Tonilyn Sideco, Chris "Chips" Vargas, Maddox Pratt and introducing Cathlin Goulding!
May 15th, 5pm-11pm
Here's how it works:
If you're the kind of person who wouldn't get on a stage even if someone paid you, you can make a pledge to sponsor someone to sing! Then, you can come to the party, sit back, eat some food, have a drink and watch them serenade you.
If you love to sing and perform, find people to sponsor you:
$10 in pledges gets you one song
$11-20 two songs
$20... you get the picture
$100 gets you unlimited songs!
