Diabetes is a very common disease that causes long-term damage to the body. In 2012, it was estimated that 1 out of 10 Americans were living with diabetes, and those numbers are rapidly increasing. Dr. Debra Ouyang specializes in endocrinology. She received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, completed her internal medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/West LA VA Program, and endocrine fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Ouyang is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Thyroid Association and the Endocrine Society.
