Employee Engagement
Jeff Hunt will discuss how to improve employee performance and engagement. Employee engagement is the silent killer in businesses. Studies show that 72 percent of US employees are disengaged in their jobs. What is this costing you and what are the steps you can apply to fix this for bottom-line results?
Speaker:
Jeff Hunt is CEO and senior consultant for GoalSpan, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He oversees day-to-day operations of the company's Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud-ware business which he founded in 2007. Hunt provides executive-level strategic management consulting to small- and medium-sized organizations.
Hunt brings a wealth of hands-on executive experience and consulting knowledge to GoalSpan from a multi-faceted career. He has run both public and private corporations; sold, acquired, and merged numerous businesses; and is a certified management consultant through the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC-USA).
Hunt has years of experience assisting executives in achieving sustainable results through the creation and implementation of the right vision and strategy. He identifies particularly well with challenges that peer executives face.
