Knock on the door marked Entree des Artistes and enter into the Santa Barbara Centre for Aerial Arts world of cultivated flight. In this annual unveiling of excerpts from their 2015 performance season, revelers will receive an exclusive peak into the dance works that will be making their way across stages and continents in the New Year. Indulge in an afternoon of groundbreaking contemporary flight as you linger from studio to studio witnessing a collage of floor to air dance phrases against an intimate backdrop of cocktails and culinary delights.
Victorian punches and delicate cakes will be served up throughout the studio during the afternoon's performances.
Artisan bread guru Brendan Smith from Autostrada Pizza will be lighting up his traveling wood-fired oven to serve up haute pizza pies with a technique carefully honed from his days as the bread director of the infamous Roberta's Pizza in Brooklyn.
100% of the afternoon's proceeds will directly fund the 2015 Santa Barbara Contemporary Floor to Air Festival.
