Pig Week 2010 Kick Off! Pig Butchering Demo and Lunch.
Celebrate the kick-off of Jimmy's No. 43 Pig Week 2010 with a very special Pig Butchering Demonstration and Lunch with The Piggery, a heritage, pastured pig farm.
The demonstration will include an educational butchering of a half-hog and will feature a light lunch, full of special pork treats from the farm. We will be featuring live bluegrass as well!
And be sure to check out The Piggery's pork CSA, with a distribution right at Jimmy's No. 43!
