Friends of Tech High Robotics Pasta Feed 3/1/15
Come and enjoy some pasta from the Pasta King, wine from local wineries and beer for Lagunitas Beer and support our Robotics Team.
Tech High School has the most advanced Robotics program in the greater Bay Area. It's a small public high school with no funding to support this effort. The Robotics team has 45 students. We are participating in the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) program, which involves building an underwater ROV to complete challenging, real-life tasks. The successful production of an ROV involves a variety of skills, including CAD modeling, machining, programming, electronics, fabrication, financial management and public relations. All of these areas are preparing our future engineers.
