How to Cook A Rabbit
Rabbit is one of the most sustainable and satisfying sources of meat available, but it can be a little tricky to work with. Learn how to butcher and cut it like a pro with one of the best butchers in town. Joe Kennedy, formerly of the Butcher and the Baker & Bill the Butcher.
Dinner will be provided by the Ballard Pizza Company; beer provided by Reuben's Brews.
100% of the profits from the event will go to the Ballard Food Bank and Hunger Intervention Program.
