Good Note, Odd Note, Better Play? The Art of Revisions
Lee returns to the institute this summer to offer a hands-on, 4-day workshop on the joys and challenges of revisions.

Students will be given a short writing assignment to be completed before the first class. For each subsequent class session, students will be assigned a specific revision prompta total of three revisions in allencouraging them to shake off expectations and delve into surprising terrain. Gaining confidence by learning how to take a piece in a variety of different directions is the thrust of this seminar.

Class Schedule: July 28 through July 31, 2010
Wednesday, July 28, 2010: 6:30 to 9:30pm
Thursday, July 29, 2010: 6:30 to 9:30pm
Friday, July 30, 2010: 2pm to 5pm
Saturday, July 31, 2010: 10am to 1pm

A total of 12 hours of class time.

Price: $475 $150 deposit required.
Students will also receive a 50% discount on Bay Area Playwrights Festival VIP Passes, for entry into all festival activities and parties.
