Award-winning playwright Dominic Orlando's Bootcamp returns to provide you with the time, space, and intensive focus to grapple with playwriting questions. You'll discover answers through instructional micro-lectures, and writing, writing, writing. All theory is applied theory. No restrictions on form. Bring a work-in-progress, a finished piece that needs re-writes or start something new—it's all about the writing! Adventurous newcomers and working professionals welcome—get ready to sweat together and come out of the shop with a finished draft!
The New Play Bootcamp focuses on a different aspect of the writing process each time. This one is all about the writer's world-view, which is another way of saying "theme"—which is another way of saying, "What Exactly Are You Writing and Why?"
