Hands On: Valentine Cards
Prepare for Valentine's Day in this workshop in which participants will create cards inspired Mickalene Thomas's photo and paper collage work on view in Speaking of People. Combine a variety of collage papers with striking images of black women similar to those found in Thomas's work, Ebony, and Jet magazines to create glamorous Valentine cards for a loved one. Cut, paste and share love with a special person!
