Better Beer Society University - 2015 Spring Semester

Now accepting enrollment for the 2015 spring semester of Better Beer Society University!

Semester runs from March 4th, 2015 through May 20th (12 weeks).

The Twin Cities campus is located at Republic (Seven Corners) 221 Cedar Ave in Mpls. Class will consist of two sessions to account for busy schedules. First session is at 6pm; a second session will be held at 7:30p.

Both sessions are one-hour long, and the guest(s) will be the same for each session.
Please be sure to select your preferred session. (Note - due to limited seating, you will only be admitted to your selected class)

BBSU is an educational beer school for both the beer enthusiast, as well as the novice.

Our goal is to educate students on all aspects of the beer industry, offering a wide range of thoughtful discussions from industry experts.

We also teach you how to explore your palate, learn to taste properly, cook with beer, as well as create your own pairings, just to name a few examples.

Students are treated to a flight of 4-5 specially curated and interesting beer styles each and every week. In addition, students are offered an inside-look into industry operations as we embark on a special field trip.

In addition to the amazing local talent that joins us every week, we've been privileged to be joined by a few nationally recognized figures in the beer community, including:

We keep each semester fresh and exciting; students are able to learn from masters of the craft beer industry, all in a small, intimate setting.

For our returning BBSU students, we do our best to keep each semester different from the last and continue to evolve the program, offering additional value. This year will be bigger than ever. We may offer variations of previous semester classes (we haven't yet), but we can assure you that there will always be something new for you, and you'll never experience the same class twice.

We highly encourage new students to enroll early for their preferred time slot, as space is extremely limited, and classes fill up very quickly.
