Dave Isay, founder of the groundbreaking oral history organization StoryCorps and author of the 2007 bestselling Listening Is an Act of Love, will read from the newest StoryCorps book entitled Mom: A Celebration of Mothers from StoryCorps. Dave will discuss how the book was created, play StoryCorps audio, interview local participants, and present a special screening of StoryCorps' very first animated interview. Afterwards, Dave will stay to sign copies of Mom.
Admission is FREE but RSVP is required.
