The Joy of Cheese Presents Red White and Chevre
For years the conventional wisdom was that all goat's milk cheeses paired only with white wine. As we've learned now much of the conventional wisdom made badly out of date assumptions about the limits of cheese flavor. Wines and chevres go together but in varying colors and shades. Please join us April 20 at 7:30 at Clerkenwell, 49 Clinton St., as we pair eight fantastic goat's milk cheeses with four wines. I'll discuss the cheese and a noted wine expert (who? that's a secret for now) will discuss the wine. Tickets are $35 and hour event will last about an hour.
