Alice in Chinatown

Watch as Alice tumbles down the rabbit hole to discover the wonder of Chinatown. She ends up chasing the White Rabbit to places like 39 Hotel, Mercury Bar and SoHo where she meets an array of characters including Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the Cheshire Cat, the Catepillar, the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Chinatown and more. Alice in Chinatown features surprises that have never been showcased by CBC
previously, including aerial dance, hip-hop, and film, all the while holding on to their root- burlesque.

Featuring never-before-seen-acts. A departure from their usual nightclub appearances, with Alice in Chinatown CBC dives deeper into theme and theatricality.

VarieTease: Alice in Chinatown is a follow-up to CBC's previous Spring burlesque/theatrical productions, VarieTease: Cabaret Carnival (2008) and VarieTease: Feast of the Gods (2009), both wildly successful sold-out runs.
