NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION "SHAPE UP!" RETREAT IN RHINECLIFF, NY
Start your New Year off right with a rejuvenating weekend of Dance,Yoga, Fitness, and Meditation classes lead by some of STH's favorite teachers, Dalienne Majors, Lori Jorgensen, Heidi Kinney and Karen Munson. Join us for Dinner & Dancing on Saturday night and/or a "Good Bye" brunch on Sunday morning.
