Join us for a festive evening of bubbles, bites, and big knives!
Learn the elite art of Sabrage, which began with Napoleon's cavalry upon their triumphant return from spectacular victories in battle after the French Revolution.
Marcelino Cosio (certified Sabrage instructor) will lead you through sabering your own bottle if you so wish.
