Piedmont Region System of Care Community Collaborative Retreat
The System of Care Retreat will allow an opportunity to collaborate across five counties. During this Retreat we will discuss current regional successes and develop specific action steps to further enhance the functioning of the Collaboratives and Care Review. We will discuss care review expectations/roles as well as ways to improve the process. We will come away with a stronger communitity as well as a plan for helping our youth and families.
