The Produce Dinner: Primavera with Judy Witts Francini
Primavera, in many romance languages, means spring and it is spring we will celebrate on this night. Over an Italian feast of baby artichokes, spring onions, asparagus, and tender lettuces, Teacher, Food Writer, and Farmers Market Maven, Judy Witts Francini, of Divina Cucina will be our host on this night. In addition to enjoying the menu Judy designs, we'll also get to here her stories from over 25 years spent cooking and eating in Tuscany. Judy's cookbook, Secrets from My Tuscan Kitchen, will also be available for purchase and signing.
