Königsberger Klopse is a German style meatball in a creamy caper sauce served on a bed of spaetzle.
Chef Joseph will teach you how to make this delicious dish at home and provide a little history.
Attendees will take part in making the meatballs, sampling German Rotkohl (Red cabbage with wine & apples) and spaetzle.
Nominal class fee includes demonstration, recipes, one drink and tasting.
