Old is the New Green: The Sanctuary
For over 100 years this building served as the home to the First Church of Christ, Scientist. The structure is now in the process of being revitalized as luxury condominiums that reflect Capitol Hill's urban life style, while keeping the original architectural detail and craftsmanship. Each unit is entirely unique and brings a refreshing fusion of modern historic sustainability.
Developer and building, Joe Lavin, will share his insights on adaptive reuse and green preservation. Casey Scalf and Cindi Stever with Sechrist design will guide us through the one-of-a-kind interior spaces.
