'SOUL SOUNDS' Salutes Women's History Month
A Celebration of Women for Womens History Month Soul Sounds is honoring 'Ordinary Women doing Extraordinary Things' in an effort to raise awareness about the contributions of women to our lives and communities.
Event Description: 9pm-10pm Live Jazz reception with a dinner and drink menu available.
10pm-12pm Live Spokenword and Neo-Soul performances as well as presentations of awards.
Host: Six (6) time Def Jam Poetry Legend and Tony Award winner, Black Ice
Honorees: Noe'l Roberts: LPN, Actress, Entrepreneur, Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist
Karima Roepel: Professional Teen Life Coach, Educator, Visual Facilitator
Tiffany Bacon: Radio personality, educator, theater director, choreographer, writer, Actor
Featuring: An all female line up in honor of Womens History Month: Lyrispect, Zenia & Sabrina Gilbert, and many more!!!!
Book Signing: Britanni Williams author of 'Black Diamond'
Reserved seating will be at the front of the stage and the usher will seat them.
