Ecco Sunday Share--"Fjords Foods"
The Sunday Share gatherings at Ecco are served family-style around our communal farm tables. Each dinner has a theme and is specially prepared for that night only.
The dinner begins at 6:30pm and is $35/person (includes tax; excludes online service fee, alcohol and gratuity).
September's theme is "Fjords Foods"--savor a taste of Scandinavian specialties including:
Drink
shots of aquavit
Cold fish and cheese
gravlax (cured salmon)
pickled herring
gjetost (cheese)
pickled beets
Cold meats
leverpostej (liver pate)
beef tartare, with onion, horseradish and egg yolk
ham
cucumber salad
Hot meats
stuffed ox hearts
meatballs
prinskorv -- small pork sausages with mustard
jansson's temptation -- potato gratin with cream and anchovy
Dessert
lingonberry torte

housemade rye and krispbread
