Bushcraft Survival Series:Woodland Survival Tools
In order to go beyond surviving in the wilds you need to have certain tools, and to know how to use them. During this session we will explore the three most important and versatile tools available to a person on an extended trip into the wilderness; the knife, the saw and the axe. Topics to be covered will be tool selection, safe handling, maintenance/sharpening, and more. We will be spending some time outside so be sure to dress for the weather. If you would like to bring along your own knife, box/pruning saw, or axe to learn with feel free. Ask about our special rates for organized youth groups!
