Help Yourself is a dark comedy by David Wayne Reed that observes the impact of a seminar and its leader, Gabe Newland who dramatically changes participants lives over the course of a weekend.

Help Yourself explores the economy of self-help, multi-level marketing and the effects of change.

Help Yourself opens January 16th and runs through Feb 2, 2015.
