Join AIA San Diego and San Diego Green Building Council for a multi-organization members' tour of the new
Qualcomm Pacific Center Campus AY Office and Laboratory.

This 357,000 SF project designed for LEED Gold certification incorporates sophisticated design, engineering and material choices to achieve a high level of sustainability and occupant comfort. The interpretive experience, led by Qualcomm employees and supported by members of the design team, will focus on a close examination of the following aspects:

1. Applied Passive Design
2. Daylighting Strategies
3. Natural Ventilation
4. Sustainable Workplace Environment

The tour offers 1.0 hours AIA CE|LU and 1.00 hour of GBCI continuing education.
