Redezvous with Sam & Martin
Just announced! Sam Mogannam, owner of Bi-Rite Market will be partnering up with legendary farmer Martin Bournhonesque to a cook dinner at 18 Reasons inspired by classic dishes from Sam's old San Francisco restaurant, Rendezvous du Monde. The dinner will use produce grown by Martin in his Salinas hot houses. Martin will discuss the his life as a farmer, how farming in hot houses impacts crops and why he is so enamored with the coastal climate and soil of the Salinas Valley.
