The Joy of Cheese d.b.a. Sixpack Present Cheddars and Whiskeys
Give it a shot. Cheddars pair nicely with red wines, but a great cheddar's best companion just might be a whiskey. At a Special Edition Joy of Cheese event at d.b.a Brooklyn on March 30, we will pair some cheddars with beer and others with whiskey. We will present a selection of the finest cheddars available and Ray Deter will be the spiritmaster, introducing some whiskeys and some porters, er beers to match these fine cheeses. For this special event, tickets are $30.
