The Joy of Cheese Presents The Cheesey Crunch
No, it's not Rice Crispies, but there is a palatable snap, crackle and pop to the mouthfeel of some aged cheeses. It highlights the delicious, appealing flavors of Aged Goudas, Cheddars, Parmigiano Reggiano and many Alpine cheeses. Come taste some of the best of these cheeses Tuesday March 9th at Stella, 213 Front St. I'll present and discuss eight of these cheeses, and noted wine geek Vanessa Conlin (Pour, Harlem Vintage) will choose, present and discuss four wines to accompany them. Our event will go from 7:30-8:45 and tickets are $25.
