Synopsis: The Pine Ridge Indian Reservation declares a State of Emergency, after a devastating outbreak of youth suicides takes hold of the Native American community. With few resources, residents take community prevention efforts into their own hands, including a resilient group of young suicide-survivors who form an inspiring performance based collective.
