- Qi Meditation techniques specifically designed for self-healing and medical Qi Gong breathing techniques.
- Acupressure techniques along energy meridians that clear stagnant energy and remove blockages, especially effective in preventing illness.
- Flowing practices that draw energy from the world around you and counteract fatigue while boosting your immune system.
No previous experience in Qi Gong is necessary and this class is accessible to all levels of physical ability. Please wear loose-fitting clothes.
