Romeo & Juliet at HERITAGE PARK YMCA
Ten Thousand Things opens the 2014-15 season with its first-ever production of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. A diverse cast takes on Shakespeare's tale of finding love when surrounded by family and societal cultures of violence.
Directed by Peter Rothstein.
Namir Smallwood and Anna Sundberg star as the young lovers, joined by David Darrow, Bob Davis, Kurt Kwan, Dennis Spears, Karen Wiese-Thompson , and Regina Williams.
THIS IS A FREE PERFORMANCE, BUT SEATS ARE LIMITED AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
(From the south) Take 94 West to MN-55 West/ East Lyndale Ave North. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Olson Memorial Highway, and then take your first left onto West Lyndale Ave North. Take your second right onto North 4th Ave. The center will be two blocks down on your right. There is street parking on 4th or a parking lot in the back accessed by turning left on North Dupont Ave. It will be the first driveway on your left. We will be performing in the Great Room. ADA accessible with limited handicapped parking.
