Not What You Think is an a cappella ensemble performing pop, light jazz, and folk, and was affiliated with the Lesbian & Gay Chorus of DC. The members share a core belief that, as gay men and lesbians singing together, they have an opportunity and responsibility to effect change and to open hearts and minds. Not What You Think works for equality and social justice through song and humor, and hopes for the day their music can reflect a world at peace.
