Chris Stalmok Off-ice Training
An off ice session workout provided to further all aspects of the athlete. Combing the correct amount of stretching, agility and strength. Offering a wide array of drills and workouts. Located at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough MA. 121 Donald Lynch Blvd. Marlborough MA 01752. On nice days some workouts may be outside or partly outside while the majority of days will be inside.
About Me: I have been playing hockey since i was 3 years old and have worked with a personal trainer for several years now. I am knowledgeable in the training of the body especially the correct balance of the aspects of training.
