Gentle Yoga with w/Colleen Mulvihill and Live Music by Kristen Goodman
Kristen Goodman will serenade and play guitar while Colleen Mulvihill leads a gentle yoga practice. Experience an inspiring concert by St. Louis' own Kristen Goodman, paired with a yoga sequence designed to bring peace, calm and balance to your evening. Look forward to elements of gentle Hatha and restorative yoga, guided meditation, and moving music.
Stay for awhile and enjoy a light snack and tea, after the yoga practice. Kristen will play a few more tunes, while we visit with old and new friends.
Casa Bagus is a beautiful venue with an incredible energy and vibe. It is located next door to (just west of) the Cheshire Inn, on Clayton Rd. There is plenty of parking behind the building with driveway access off of Clayton. Check out the website and photos, below.

We only have 15 spots available for this event, so purchase your ticket right away and claim your spot!
Please arrive promptly at 6pm. Yoga and amazing music will begin at 6:15pm. We'll yoga for an hour or so, then move into the sitting area. We have the studio until 9pm.
Super comfy clothes required!
Bring your own mat if you have one, or you are welcome to use a Casa Bagus mat. The studio also has blocks, bolsters and blankets for us to use.
What to expect: This class is for everyone and every body! NO flexibility required. We will do a gentle, easy does it practice. Modifications will be offered for all levels of experience. If you've never done yoga, this would be a great first yoga experience! If you're a seasoned yogi, you'll love it too!
