This Fusion style class will sculpt your body, focus your mind, add flexibility, balance, and improve posture. All this in a dynamic and fun workout, time will fly by when youre enjoying what youre doing. Thats the goal: to not just get the workout in, but to love getting to work out. You will see results, and no need for prior dance experience. A perfect class for a wide range of fitness levels and ages.
