For the first time ever in Deer Lodge, Mt. The Deer Lodge Illumni Chapter and Insanity Wurx Presents: TIme's Up Tour featuring Loony Loon. A rapper from Tri Cities, Wa. Loony Loon is an underground artist that strives for great potential. With him on his tour he brings; Missoula, Mt. rapper VoKab, KILO from Butte, Mt. and J Nibz from Walla Walla, Wa. Vokab's motto is Grind Hard, Rhyme Hard. J Nibs is an independent hip hop/rap artist and proud supporter of NEP. KILO is a crowd Favorite all across the United States.
