Warm Your Heart, an Alternative Holiday Concert
NOTE: The Sunday evening 7pm performance has been combined with the Sunday afternoon performance. Please join us on Sat evening or Sunday afternoon.
An alternative take on the holiday concert in a comfortable coffee-house atmosphere, with cocoa & coffee, and sweets & songs from around the world. Seating is limited.
Bolster your spirits with music, community, warm beverages, and candlelight. We're focusing on the cozy contentment of the social traditions of the winter holidays with Wassails from Europe and the UK, songs about lighting fires (literal and metaphorical) from Joan Szymko, and music that reminds us there is light in the darkness - whether that be the dark of the winter solstice, or the dark of a difficult political and cultural season.
There will be no Santas, only passing references to religious holidays, real, actual coffee, hot cider, and tea to drink while you listen, and of course, music sung beautifully in five languages by a group of amazing women. Please join us. 3 shows in two days!
Order your tickets online and receive a discount. Online ticket ordering will end at midnight on Friday December 2. Tickets will also be available at the door.
NOTE: There will be TWO performances -- Sat evening and Sun afternoon. The performance that was originally scheduled for Sunday evening has been combined with the afternoon performance.
