Amy LaVere at the H.Art Lounge, Placerville, CA

Amy LaVere is an incredible singer/songwriter who has contributed a treasure of music to the Americana/Jazz/Blues genres for 10 years. It may be hard to determine exactly what genre she falls into, but like many of the great icons of rock n roll, she's forged music that is unquestionably unique and wonderful. She is currently touring with her guitar master and producer husband Will Sexton. Amy was nominated for Best New or Emerging Artist in 2007 by the Americana Music Assoc. Awards after the release of her "Anchors and Anvils" album. Not only is she pleasant on the mic but on camera as well. She's appeared in several motion pictures including the Johnny Cash epic "Walk The Line" with her cameo as the queen of rock 'n roll Wanda Jackson.

Jaclyn Lovey is a 15 yr. old local singer/songwriter who has captivated listeners in the area for more than a year. Her smooth vocals, thought-provoking lyrics and captivating performance is anything but superficial.

This is a special event at the H.Art Lounge for Monday, October 24th for which tickets must be purchased to enter. Doors open at 6pm.
