The Golden State Lone Star Revue and its Blues All Stars visit Port Angeles! Mark Hummel, Anson Funderburgh, & Little Charlie Baty & The Blues Survivors - together and one night only on Thursday September 29th, 7:30p.m., presented by Upstage and Studio Bob. Come to Studio Bob to hear them together on tour! Three rockin'Blues giants -
Grammy nominated Mark Hummel with his smokin harmonica joins master guitar slinger Anson Funderburg (from Anson Funderbergh & the Rockets) and Little Charlie Baty, swinging guitarist and former band leader of Little Charlie & The Nightcats. Alone or with past bands, the three are individually outstanding. With former Rockets drummer Wes Starr & bassist Richard Grigsby from Blues Survivors, it's a perfect storm of Blues.
Funderburgh has over 30 Blues award nominations and 3 for Best Band of the Year. Charlie Baty has dozens of nominations and awards. The two masters play their guitars in a brilliant combination. Grammy nominee Mark Hummel has as many Blues Foundation awards including Blues Album of the Year and Traditional Blues Album of the Year. It just doesn't get better than this.

The superstar combination's first recording was nominated for 2015 Best Traditional Blues. Funderburgh has produced the newest upcoming Hummel/Golden State/Lone Star project, set for Feb. 2016. Unlike the large festival stage, Studio Bob's Alle stage allows players perfect communication and coordination.
