Punky Reggae Party with Perro Bravo, Burnt and a Special Guest at Old Princeton Landing
Punky Reggae Party with Perro Bravo, Burnt and a special guest, Nomalakadoja on stage at Old Princeton Landing!
Show at 9pm. 21+. $8 in advance, $10 at the door.
More about the bands: Perro Bravo: Long Beach band Perro Bravo comprised of Michael "Miguel" Happoldt on guitar and vocals, Mike Long on bass, and Greg "Mudd" Lowther on drums. We have been playing up and down the coast of California for about 4 years and occasionally play in remote regions of Costa Rica and its surrounding environs.
Burnt: After seven years of touring the west coast of North America, from Tijuana to Vancouver Island, BURNT has refined their sound down to raw vocals, bass-heavy soul and a rock-steady groove. Burnt's music is pure California underground - elements of rebellious reggae, old skool ska, dirty punk and true hip hop are mashed together to make for constant good times on the dance floor. This three piece band from San Francisco is stoked to bring their unique and positive vibration to the stage and your backyard!
Special Guest: Namalakadoja "Nomalakadoja," a word made up by members and friends of the band, means we're having a good time! The band was established in 2013, and hails from the south-side of Santa Cruzspecifically Aptos and La Selva. Nomalakadoja's Feel Good Music is a blend of reggae, rock and island styles. Their positive lyrics and upbeat rhythms are sure to bring good vibes and dancing feet.
