Music in the Age of Enlightenment
Duo Les Inegales with Rodrigo Tarraza Lovazzano, traverso and Christine Gevert, harpsichord, and Countertenor Nicholas Tamagna collaborate in a program with European Chamber music. Court and Church in France, Italy and Germany were two of the main musical centers, besides the opera stage. This program includes secular, as well as sacred music in all kinds of combinations of the two instruments and the voice. Some of the composers and pieces are: Johann Sebastian Bach (Aria: Betörte Welt, betörte Welt! from BWV 94), Joseph Bodin de Bosmortier, Jean-Henri d'Anglebert, Arcangelo Corelli, Johann Christoph Pepusch (Cantata: Crudel ingrata), George Frideric Handel, Georg Philipp Telemann (Cantata: Ihr Völker, hört, TWV 1:921)
