Women's Self Defense Seminar
This 2 hour seminar is intended to help women learn different techniques and apply them within stressful situations. Although we hope to avoid these situations all-together, it is important for everyone to be prepared.
We will focus on:
-Learning the signs of a potentially dangerous situation
-How to manipulate the predators limbs in order to immobilize them
-Proper and effective striking techniques
-Manipulating your own body weight to remove yourself from a predator's grasp
Come learn from professional MMA fighter, Derrick Easterling, who holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as our own Muay Thai Head Coach, Chris Tandoc.
