Ashford Gordon and The Second Hand Blues Band
Ventura's Contemporary Bluesman, Ashford Gordon is celebrating the release of his new CD, Second Hand Blues Band, with his band mates out of Phoenix, Az., Walter Cheeseman (Producer) on Drums and Vocals, Jimmy Wilson on Bass Guitar, and John Lombardo on 1st Guitar and Vocals on Saturday night, January 28, 9 PM at Grapes & Hops, 454 E. Main St., Ventura. Opening for Ashford Gordon and the Second Hand Blues Band is local Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist, Miss Jade Hendrix. Ticket price is $15 which includes a copy of the 11 track CD co-written by Ashford with his writing partner of 44 years, Arte O'Dell and arrangements by Walter Cheeseman, Ashford Gordon, and Arte O'Dell.
