The Bonfire Concert Party 2016
Nash Icon 92.7 Radio welcome's you to Nick Smith's 4th Annual Bonfire Concert Party 2016. Our main outdoor stage this year will host several different bands playing all your favorite country music! Also, we've reduced the general admission ticket price this year so make sure you get your tickets in advance for the ultimate deal. Please make sure to review all details, rules and regulations before you arrive at The Bonfire Concert 2016 as we have made several changes this year. Be prepared for the biggest, baddest, wildest Bonfire Concert Party yet!
Day Schedule: (Tailgating will be permitted before 3pm to those who are able to present a Pre-sale GA Ticket and Pre-sale Parking Pass/VIP Truck Pass)
-Gates open 3 PM.
-Marc Ellis Band 5:30pm.
-Pat Russell Band 7:30pm.
-Bonfire lighting 7-8pm. (Truck Contest winner's will be announced)
-Nick Smith 9pm.
Virginia Eagle Distributing is our preferred alcohol vendor for this year's event. We'll have the beer trucks on tap all day and night. A portion of this years proceeds will go towards the Kent's Store Volunteer Fire Department and Fluvanna ARC Hall.
Nash Icon Country Radio 92.7 will be onsite broadcasting live at "The Bonfire Concert 2016." Your favorite radio personality Captain Bobby Byrd will be hanging with us all day long.
We will be rolling several cameras through the night capturing footage of the baddest trucks, bonfire environment and dancing, as well as each show at the concert. Therefore, once you enter the property June 4, 2016 you are giving your consent for being on camera. This footage may be shown in upcoming music videos or promo videos for NSC.
Please bring a chair or blanket as there will be no seating for the concert as it is an outdoor venue. Also feel free to pitch a tent for the night if you do not have a DD. Campers are welcome.
We will have food vendors (ALL DAY), bathrooms, outdoor lighting, perimeter fencing, security officers on duty, and several other things operating for the event. If you were here last year just imagine the same good times except triple the size with a hell of a bonfire and a killer concert series.
RULES/REGULATIONS (based on safety and ABC law):
*If you plan to drink alcohol on the property you must show verified ID to receive an alcohol wristband. This must be worn at all times. Underage drinking is not permitted.
Every person must provide general admission tickets or purchase them at the gate to receive your entry wristband, which must also be worn at all times.
*Outside alcohol is NOT PERMITTED to enter through the general admission walk in gate. (This is ABC law). BYOB IS ONLY PERMITTED with a VIP truck pass. Only one average sized 48qt cooler is allowed entry per truck. Strict overage rates will apply.
*Once you enter the property you cannot leave unless you re-pay to enter. So bring your chairs, cameras, and any necessary items you may need the first time you enter.
*VIP Truck Pass: (Only 120 available. First Come First Serve) This will allow you special entry with your vehicle into the bonfire/main event area. This also give's you special entry of BYOB, limited to one average sized 48qt cooler per truck. Strict overage rates will apply. Purchase of your VIP Truck Pass does NOT include your General Admission ticket. You must purchase a separate general admission ticket for event access. Must be 21 to BYOB with valid ID.
*Truck Contest: Free to enter. Must Sign up at (trophy tent) before 5pm in the VIP Truck area. Each contestant must have a VIP Truck Pass and be present to win. Contestant winners will be announced on the main stage between 7-9pm that night! Criteria will be based on the top 3 trucks that are the most badass according to our never seen before, unique, badass point scale.
*Parking Pass: This is NOT a VIP Truck Pass. This is only for onsite, (out of event) parking. If you plan on coming to this years event, please purchase your parking tickets during pre-sale if you want to guarantee a short walk to the event entry.
*Camping Rules/Details/Permits: There are only 2 permits to camp. **Permit 1(Free) - Bring a tent/camper in under the normal parking pass in which you can tailgate before the event and stay over night after the event. No open fire is allowed at this camp area. Under Permit 1, you will be forced to enter the concert venue gates and purchase an event ticket by 5:30pm. You cannot roam back and forth to your campsite under permit 1. If you leave, you must repay to enter. Once the event is over, you can go back you your permit 1 camping around 11pm to sleep. **Permit 2(Must Purchase a VIP Truck Pass) - Bring a tent/camper in under the VIP truck pass and you can BYOB and roam freely back and forth from your site all night. Permit 2 is actually inside the event itself, near the bonfire. If you have a (big ass) camper, overage rates may apply. Do acknowledge that Permit 2 camping may be very crowded at times. There will be several security officer's around the perimeter and throughout several posts on the property. If you do not have the required wristbands, are drinking outside beverages without a VIP truck pass, or are acting out of order, you will be immediately forced to exit the event. Please understand that this event is primarily funded by country artist Nick Smith in the hopes that every attendee can enjoy a hell of a night for the cost of the ticket price. Attempts to scalp ticket's or to cheat the system for the night of June 4, 2016 will result in termination of any more future events as well as hurt Nick Smith's career. We strongly believe in the honor system and good southern mannerism down here in Nick Smith Country. Please, please set a good example for all ages as we look forward to more event's like this in the future.
All Sales are final. This is a rain or shine event. If there is a hurricane coming, we will clearly reschedule, pre purchased tickets would carry over to said rescheduled date.
