Killer Whales, Salmon, Taxes, and LSR Dams... The Last Best Chance for Salmon
Come see the powerful documentary Dam Nation with its majestic cinematography and unexpected discoveries about dam culture in America. The film captures statements made by Jim Waddell (a civil engineer retired from the Army Corps of Engineers) at a community meeting about the Lower Snake River dams. Jim will be speaking to you about the millions of taxpayer dollars being spent with minimal benefits and about how the dams are hindering salmon and orca recovery in our region. And, he'll tell you why it makes sense to breach the dams now! This topic is heating up at the moment in Washington DC and regionally in the Northwest. Learn why time is running out for salmon and orcas!
Remaining tickets will be sold at the door, CASH ONLY.
