The GSO presents "Winter Classics"
Join the GSO for the annual Winter Classics Concert, with a special Valentine's Day theme! "Music of the Great Love Stories" will feature selections from Offenbach's "Orpheus in the Underworld," Mendelssohn's "A Midsummer Night's Dream," and Bernstein's "West Side Story." Rounding out the program will be Howard Hanson's Symphony No. 2, the "Romantic" Symphony, and Elgar's "Salut d'amour." Tickets will be available at the door, and are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $5 for students. Bring your sweetheart for a wonderful afternoon of music and romance!
