Winter Warm Up on the Cape

The ladies of Cape Cod Roller Derby are warming up our sea legs and want you to join us for a training day at our double track Dollhouse in Dennisport!

We're hosting a day of drills and skills sessions from visiting trainers Sexy Slaydie [;;;Team USA];;;, Flo It All, ShadowBoxHer, vera toss [;;;Gotham Girls];;;, Captain Tufts [;;;Head of Officiating: Mass Attack];;;, on topics like Power Jams, Starts, Playing O/D Awareness, Fool Proof Moves, Strategies, and Fancy Footwork.

Tentative Schedule (check back for any changes):
9-10: Set Up & Check In
10-12: Session I
12-12:45 Lunch
1-2:30 Session II
2:45-4:30 Scrimmage

There will be trianing for all leveles of skaters, Fresh Meat through Level 3 scrimmagable. Co-ed. Officlas workshops are for all levels.

CCRD will have some concessions and snacks for sale

Skaters must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID and have medical coverage.

Join us for happy hour after a long day of skating! (Place TBA)
