Scare-N-Dipity 2015
Tennessee's SEVENTH regional burn will again be held at The Funny Farm, in Morrison, Tennessee over Halloween weekend, October 29-November 1, 2015.
The next time we will be able to have a burn where Halloween is on the weekend of the event will be next decade -- in 2020!!
We have worked hard all year planting the seeds of our dreams, hopes and aspirations.
We tend to our lives and the lives of those around us, cultivating our inn you admittance. No invite = No entry!
In addition to effigies and temples, by matching your donations dollar for dollar, at Scare-N-Dipity 2014 we raised $249.56 for art projects, and at Serendipity 2015, that went up to $1,400.00! Can we do better?
PLEASE consider making an "Additional Donation" when you purchase your invites -- those funds plus an equal amount that we free up from the event budget are what we give as art grants for projects and installations coming to the event!
NOTE: The Survival Guide will be published on the Facebook event pages and www.scare-n-dipity.com before the event -- all participants MUST read this before coming to Serendipity! Theme camp placement and art grant applications will also be coming shortly.
This is an all-ages event. Half-price "children's" tickets are available for ages 5-12. Children four and under require no ticket. All minors must have parent/guardian present to enter, or must make arrangements with us in advance. All participants must complete and sign our standard liability waiver to enter.

GATE HOURS:
Thursday: 10am-10pm CENTRAL Time Zone
Friday: 10am-10pm CENTRAL Time Zone (gate will temporarily close shortly after dark for a special event, but will reopen)
Saturday: 10am-6pm CENTRAL Time Zone
The event will end at 11:59pm Central on Sunday. All participants are expected to leave no later than Monday, November 2nd at noon.
** NO ADMISSION AFTER 6PM SATURDAY **
** THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO TICKET SALES AT THE GATE **
RE-ENTRY POLICY:
There will be no general re-entry, except in extremely limited cases. Those with Early Access passes may re-enter ONE TIME ONLY if they are off-site by the time gates open Thursday (this invite does not provide early access). Those that go offsite due to medical emergency may request a "golden ticket" from the on-duty RP. Others will have to sign up for one of the coveted errand runs or pay an amount equal to the ticket price to re-enter.
FIRE POLICY:
No ground fires permitted except in pre-existing fire pits -- your fires must be off the ground and contained. Bring extinguishers. No tiki torches within 8 feet of tents or other structures. Fire spinning and pre-spinning in the woods by permit only, ranger perimeter required; all other fire spinning must be in the open field. All fire performers and safeties must attend fire safety class and wear FIRESAFE wristbands or face automatic eviction.
Volunteering does not gain you admittance. No invite = No entry!
No animals are permitted by the property owner's request.
This event will be held rain or shine. Your donation is non-refundable. Tennessee nudity laws apply, please plan accordingly. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any participant for any reason at any time without refund.
