Seamus Galligan is a New Bedford-based musician whose voice and songwriting echo Nick Drake and Donovan yet somehow still sound all his own. His pure vocals and understated stage presence command your attention. His beautiful lyrics and delivery can silence the room, drawing listeners in and leaving them shaking their heads. Seamus draws his inspiration from the likes of Paul Simon, John Martyn, James Taylor, and Bruce Springsteen. In December 2014 Seamus released a self-titled EP with six glorious tracks.
Mike Laureanno is old school songwriting at its best. Poignant themes and heartfelt imagery that allow the listener to experience a slice of Americana through the eyes of the quintessential everyman. Mike is a 2014 NERFA Suzi Wollenberg Folk DJ Showcase artist and winner of the 2014 Stone Soup Coffeehouse songwriting contest. His debut CD "Pushing Back Wintertime" charted at #28 on the Folk DJ Radio Playlist. WFUV Folk DJ Bob Sherman, the host of Woody's Children, selected "Pushing Back Wintertime" as one of his top ten albums of 2014. Mike recently opened for Antje Duvekot at Stone Soup Coffeehouse in Pawtucket, RI.
